Dharmendra song to be recreated for grandson Karan Deol’s debut Pal Pal Dil Ke Paas

For grandson Karan Deol’s film debut, the classic romantic track ‘Pal Pal Dil Ke Paas’ featuring Dharmendra will be recreated. Karan, along with newcomer Saher Bamba, will be seen in the romance Pal Pal Dil Ke Paas (2019). Dharmendra’s son Sunny is stepping behind the camera to helm the film.

The original song, a timeless number, composed by Kalyanji-Anandji and written by Rajinder Krishan, was sung by Kishore Kumar in Blackmail (1973). The Vijay Anand film starred Dharmendra with Rakhee and Shatrughan Sinha. For Karan’s film, the song will be recreated with new vocals and lyrics.

Pal Pal Dil Ke Paas has been filmed in Manali, Himachal Pradesh and the cities of Delhi and Mumbai. The film’s last schedule is currently being completed in Mumbai.

The love story is due to be released on 19 July.
